Jerry Williams, M.D., a native of Savannah, practiced as a Pediatric and Adult Neurologist at Chatham Neurology in Savannah, GA and has been practicing since 1996. He graduated from Armstrong State College and the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. He interned in General Pediatrics at North Carolina Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC and in Internal Medicine at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. He did his residency in Adult and Child Neurology at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, NM and his fellowship in Child Neurology at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC.
Dr. Jerry Williams founded Chatham Neurology in 2009 specializing in the treatment of adult and pediatric Neurology patients. Two years later, Dr. Williams opened Urgent Care 24/7 serving the Greater Savannah community.
